    The invention relates to single dose capsules for the preparation of a beverage by means of a self-service machine.
    Background of the invention
    Capsules are known for the preparation of a beverage intended for use in self-service machines.
    From patent document EP238050, a capsule is known for the preparation of a beverage provided with perforation elements that are prepared for, after injecting through a self-service machine pressurized water into the interior of the capsule through its part upper, tear the lower part capsule upon reaching the inside of the capsule a predetermined pressure level.

    It is therefore an object of the present invention to disclose a capsule for the preparation of a beverage that allows the preparation of a beverage with foam or cream without it being necessary to size the capsule to withstand a high pressure inside.
    Explanation of the invention
    The capsule for the preparation of a beverage of the present invention is one that comprises a cylindrical or tronconconic body consisting of a sealed material that stores at least one dose of a product for the preparation of the beverage, in which it is distinguished an upper mouth, closed by a first sealed sheet, welded to said body and prepared to be crossed by a hot water injector element, so that the water injected dissolves or infuses the dose of product to prepare the beverage. The capsule also comprises a lower mouth at its base, through which the prepared beverage will come out, the capsule being provided in addition to a second permeable sheet that separates the upper mouth and the lower mouth, acting as a filter and the dose remaining of product stored in the body between the first and second sheet without the second sheet breaking. The lower opening will initially be closed by a third sealed sheet, so that the product dose is isolated from the outside, this third sealed sheet being manually peelable before the preparation of the beverage.

    In another variant of realization, the base of the body comprises a plurality of partitions on which the second sheet rests, determining passages between the second sheet and the lower opening that create additional turbulence in the different drinking streams.
    It is also known that the lower opening is arranged in the center of the base of the body, the plurality of partitions arranged concentric to the lower opening, allowing the drinking streams to reach the lower opening following similar radial paths, so that The strength of the different drinking currents is similar to reaching the lower projection.

    Detailed description of the drawings
    Fig. 1 shows a section of the capsule 1 for the preparation of a beverage according to the present invention. As can be seen, the capsule 1 comprises a cylindrical or conical shaped body 2 constituted by a sealed material that stores at least one dose of a product 3 for the preparation of the beverage. The outer shape of the body 2 of the capsule 1 is usually cylindrical or conical and will be adapted to be accommodated in a beverage preparation machine. In the body 2 a top opening 4 is distinguished, closed by a first sealed sheet 5, such as an aluminum sheet, welded to said body 2; and a bottom mouth 6 at its base. It is further noted that the capsule 1 is also provided with a permeable second sheet 8, such as a filter paper, said second sheet 8 separating the upper mouth 4 and the lower mouth 6, leaving the dose of product 3 stored in the body 2 between the first sheet 5 and the second sheet 8 on which the dose of product 3 is housed.     In this way, the dose of product 3 is kept isolated from the outside since the first sheet 5 and the third sheet 6 completely seal the air inlet inside the body 2 of the capsule 1, allowing the dose of product 3 to be keep fresh without losing properties until just before use, when the consumer proceeds to open the capsule 1 by removing the third sheet 9, simply by pulling the tab 16. Naturally, it is expected that in other variants of realization there are other means for manually stripping the third sheet 9.
    Since the second sheet 8 is permeable to water, it will prevent the pressure inside the capsule 1 from increasing too much during the preparation of the beverage so that the body 2 of the capsule 1 can be manufactured with materials weaker than those usually used or be thinner without risk, for example to explode by your inner pressure. Moreover, if there was a small increase in pressure inside the capsule 1 during the preparation of the beverage, it would help the beverage to pass the second laminate 8 more quickly without breaking, so that the Drink is prepared faster than with the capsules known in the state of the art.
